challenge

A sports complex is more than a building—it is an investment in the next generation.

PAREF Southridge School needed to raise ₱200 million for a state-of-the-art sports complex. The primary challenge was designing a digital platform that could bridge the gap between high-level institutional goals and prospective donors ranging from major alumni benefactors looking for legacy naming rights to everyday community supporters purchasing commemorative seats. To succeed, the interface had to overcome donor hesitation by transforming plans into tangible visual experiences, introducing transparent campaign tracking to build confidence, and leveraging alumni class rivalries to drive sustained pledge commitments.

STRATEGY

To drive campaign momentum, the strategy focused on structuring the experience around transparency, social proof, and segmented giving options. By converting abstract fundraising numbers into a dynamic, real-time progress tracker and highlighting top-performing alumni batches, the platform created friendly class rivalries and urgency.

The campaign content was structured into a clear narrative flow starting with the architectural vision, backing it up with actual construction milestones, and ending with clear, tiered pledge options (from commemorative seats to full facility sponsorships). This allowed donors of all financial levels to immediately see where their money went, building trust and converting interest into firm pledges.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

The experience was structured around the donor journey, moving from the project's purpose and vision into achievements, sponsorship options, donor benefits, and recognition. Clear pledge tiers and sponsorship categories made different levels of support easy to compare, while the donor gallery provided visible recognition for the community behind the campaign. A streamlined donation form then gave visitors a direct path from learning about the project to expressing their intent to contribute.
